Owner representation in Mallorca for selected villas and estates, from the final weeks before completion through the years that follow.

I work with buyers and owners on the matters a sale leaves behind: what needs clarifying before completion, what should be put in order afterwards, who belongs around the home and how it is prepared for the life it will host.

How I work

I remain personally involved throughout, with a trusted international team brought together around the needs of each home.

Before completion, I help buyers look beyond the viewing: the questions still unanswered, the local relationships worth understanding and the parts of the house likely to need attention once ownership begins.

Between stays, I keep track of what continues around the villa: open works, technical matters, garden and pool care, access, deliveries, suppliers and seasonal preparation.

When owners are in Mallorca, I make sure the house is prepared for the way it will be used, with household support, practical arrangements and any open points addressed before arrival.

Some homes begin with unfinished works, previous suppliers, unclear handovers or projects that need carrying forward. Others are already established, but need someone to stop separate parts of the house drifting apart.

I lead these matters personally with my technical partner, Moritz, drawing on a trusted international network for renovations, improvements, household arrangements and specialist work.

Owners speak with me directly. For a private dinner, family stay, celebration, transport or a day at sea, I bring in the right people and keep the plan connected from first conversation to the moment it is ready.


Engagements run on a monthly retainer, with scope agreed in advance according to the property, rhythm of use and level of involvement required.

For a single villa, retainers typically start from €2,000 per month. Housekeeping, staffing, maintenance, technical works and third party services are commissioned separately.

Capacity is deliberately limited, so each home receives direct attention and every engagement remains personally led.
