A First Conversation
Tell us about your home.
A few lines about where it is and what you have in mind are enough to begin.
You are welcome to write in English, German, Dutch or Spanish.
Start with what is on your mind.
You might write:
“We are new to Mallorca. We would like someone we can trust to help establish our house here and introduce us to the right people.”
“We have good people working on the house. What is missing is someone who knows the agreements and keeps things moving while we are elsewhere.”
“The community has its own team. For our apartment, we would like a consistent point of contact who knows our preferences and remains involved between stays.”
“We are planning a renovation from abroad. We need someone here to represent our interests and tell us when the work departs from what was agreed.”
Tell us about the people you already trust with the property, too. Their knowledge gives us a useful place to begin.
First, we listen.
We discuss the house, what matters to you and the work you would like to entrust to us. We then prepare a proposal setting out our responsibilities, the practical arrangements and our fee.
If The First Reading would help clarify the next step, we agree its scope and fee separately.
What you share with us is treated confidentially.
I look forward to hearing from you.
